Records Office

The Records Office is the department responsible for keeping all academic records for the college. Students who wish to obtain their transcripts, certificates and testimonials, the Records Office is the right place for them. The office also keeps enrolment status, and students’ records.

Through this office, the Gambia College serves the community, schools, staff, students and other agencies by safeguarding academic records of students.

The office answers students request for copies of documents needed by other institutions, in accordance with the country’s education policies. It also evaluates students’ credentials for graduation eligibility.
