Student Clubs

The Gambia College Students’ Union (GCSU) is the umbrella body of all students’ clubs and offers automatic membership of every registered student in the college.

It earns revenue manly through annual subvention from the college administration in addition to students’ monthly subscription. The students’ union is governed by a committee of representatives from the various schools of the college selected during its annual general congress.

The primary role of the union is to advocate and defend students’ right to education, and support its members in academic and extracurricular needs to facilitate their successful experience through the college.
